How to Install Tape-In Hair Extensions: Step 1: Neatly comb your own hair and separate it horizontally just above your ear, then put the top hair up. Step 2: Grab a small section of hair, peel off the backing of the tape, and place the first piece of extensions onto your hair. Step 3: Take a second extension and press it firmly towards the underlying extension, gluing the two extensions together with your own hair in between. Step 4: Apply pressure with your fingers for 5-10 seconds to secure the extensions.

How to Remove Tape-In Hair Extensions: 1. Move your hair out of the way to expose the tape. Saturate the tape with hair extension tape remover. Wiggle the hair extension to see if it moves. Apply more remover and let it sit for a minute if the hair extension is still stuck. 2. Peel away the tape gently when it can be easily lifted off. Work your way through all of your hair extensions. Wash and condition your hair to remove any residue from the tape.

Hair Maintenance: About Hair Washing: 1. Avoid hair products that contain silicone. 2. Don't use oil-based products near your roots. 3. Don't wash your hair until 48 hours after your installation appointment. 4. Don't wash your hair every day (recommend 2-3 days).

About Hairstyling: 1. Do NOT use a flat iron directly on the tape tabs. 2. Wait until your hair is 80%-90% dry before using any heat.

About Sleep: 1. Sleep with your hair in a ponytail or braid. 2. Never sleep with wet extensions.

About Brushing: 1. You will need a good brush without balls on the ends of the bristles. 2. Clips strong enough to hold your hair out of the way. 3. Use a Leave-In Conditioner Spray. 4. Start from the bottom and move up, being careful around the roots.
