Proper Installation and Maintenance: Before wearing, make sure your own hair is clean and dry, and the tape on top of the hair extensions is dry. This is very important, as any tape will not stick to the water. During the wearing process, if you feel that the stickiness is not enough, blow the tape with the hot air of a hair dryer, and the tape will be more sticky when heated. After wearing it, press it with pliers or fingers to exhaust the air in the gap. In order to prevent the water from entering the tape when the hair is washed later, the hair extension will fall off. Finally, do not wash hair within 48 hours of wearing the tape in hair extensions, and do not let the tape touch oil products during hair care. How To Install Tape In Hair Extensions: Kinky Straight Tape in extensions must be applied to washed clean & dry hair, with the tape kept dry. You can't use conditioner or essential oil before installation. If you want to make it stickier, heat the tape with a hair dryer first. When you're ready to install, first make a part across your scalp. Then, grab a very thin portion of your own natural hair and sandwich the tape in, as this is the best way to ensure the extensions stay in place. Keep approximately 0.5 cm/0.2" from your scalp, then attach the bottom tape in hair extension under the thin portion of hair. It's better to gently heat the tapes 5-6 seconds with a hair straightener to ensure they can blend perfectly, but be careful not to exceed 350 ℉.

How To Remove Tape In Hair Extensions: Move your hair out of the way to expose the tape in hair extensions. Hold the hair that you moved out of the way in place with a clip. Saturate the tape with hair extension tape remover to dissolve the glue. Wiggle the hair extension to see if it moves, and gently pull on the part closest to the tape. If it's still stuck, apply more remover and let it sit for a minute. When the tape can be easily lifted off, peel it away gently using your fingernails. Never try to force the tape away from your hair, as this can cause damage and breakage.
